Driver Verification
Before any driver is permitted to take bookings, their TfL Private Hire Driver Licence (including badge number, expiry date, and photo ID) is checked and recorded.
This information is reviewed and updated regularly.

Vehicle Verification
Each vehicle’s TfL Private Hire Vehicle Licence (PHV plate) and insurance certificate are verified before the vehicle is authorised for use.
The expiry dates are tracked in the operator’s digital log to ensure licences are renewed on time.

Ongoing Monitoring
N1Q LTD maintains a secure driver and vehicle database and will not allocate any booking to a driver or vehicle whose TfL licence is expired, suspended, or under investigation.
The operator carries out periodic spot checks and keeps copies of all relevant TfL licences and documents for inspection.
Through this process, N1Q LTD ensures full compliance with TfL regulations and guarantees that every journey is carried out legally and safely.
